Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags or labels intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards or vouchers
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Return Process
To make a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive authorization and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- Once received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you by email once your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or a mistake on our part, Cavpy will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product.
- Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be issued once the returned item has been approved.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside India, please note that:
- Customers are responsible for international shipping charges.
