At Cavpy, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably, no matter where you are. This Shipping Policy outlines our timelines, delivery options, and coverage areas so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping Timelines
- Prepaid Orders
All prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order. - Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may take longer due to additional verification and handling. Delivery for COD orders can take up to 14 days depending on your location. - International Orders
Orders outside India are processed within 7–10 business days and shipping times vary based on the destination country. You will receive tracking details once the package is shipped.
Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all major cities, towns, and remote areas across India.
- International Shipping: Cavpy ships to most countries worldwide. Additional duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, and shipping method chosen.
- For international orders, customs duties or import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to check the real-time status of your shipment.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Remote location delivery
- Customs clearance for international shipments
- Unforeseen courier/logistics disruptions
In such cases, our support team will keep you updated on the revised delivery timeline.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- COD orders may not be reshipped without prepayment.
