Cavpy strives to provide a transparent and hassle-free refund experience. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued, the methods used, and the expected timelines.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
- The product has passed our return inspection process.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded back to the same card.
- UPI/Wallet Payments: Refunded to the original account or wallet.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Store Credit Option: Customers may choose store credit for faster processing and future purchases.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Store credits are issued within 48 hours of return approval.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned with missing packaging or accessories.
- Products that show minor signs of handling.
Non-Delivery & Failed Orders
- If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
